For seven years, Craic Sauce has been fueled by community and the craic, keeping us rooted in what truly matters: creating bold, flavorful sauces that connect people. Over the years, we’ve heard your requests for something hotter, and we’ve answered the call with Burnin’ Bog—our first super-hot sauce.

Burnin’ Bog is a bold blend of five super-hot pepper varieties, all grown at our Mill City Grows plot in Lowell, Massachusetts. These peppers, including Apocalypse Scorpion, Death Spirals, Jay’s Peach Ghost, California Reapers, and KS Peach Starkist, deliver an intense heat that’s balanced by layers of complex flavor. We paired them with locally sourced Cape Cod cranberries, roasted sweet potatoes, fermented honey garlic, warming spices, and our handcrafted Concord grape wine vinegar—pressed, fermented, and perfected in-house.

What makes Burnin’ Bog special isn’t just its fiery kick but the depth of flavor behind it. The sauce begins with the tart sweetness of cranberries from Harwich, MA, followed by a bold, pinballing heat from the peppers. Our house-made vinegar, crafted from Concord grapes grown at Spring Brook Farm, brings a richness that ties all the ingredients together.

We collaborated with Lowell artist Skribbe.s to create the stunning original artwork for Burnin’ Bog. From brainstorming at Navigation Brewery to harvesting and tasting peppers with us, Skribbe.s captured the intensity and spirit of this sauce in a label that’s as bold as the flavor.

We’re especially proud to share this creation with our friends at Mill City Grows, whose guidance and collaboration have been key to growing these peppers and building our connection to local food systems. To give back, $1 from every bottle sold will support their efforts to empower gardeners, connect communities, and educate the next generation about local food.
