About the Sauce: Burnin’ Bog is our first super-hot hot sauce, combining the fiery heat of our own grown peppers—Apocalypse Scorpion, Death Spiral, Jay's Peach Ghost, and Carolina Reaper—all harvested at Mill City Grows in Lowell. Paired with the earthy, tart sweetness of fresh cranberries from Cape Cod, our hand-pressed Concord grape wine vinegar, roasted sweet potatoes, and fermented garlic honey, this sauce masterfully balances intense heat with bright, tangy flavors. A true celebration of bold spice and local harvests!
