"What makes our sauces taste so good and unique?"
People often ask, and the answer lies in our commitment to using local ingredients.
Since 2017, we’ve sourced 100% of our peppers from Massachusetts and New Hampshire farms that prioritize organic and regenerative practices, ensuring we get the freshest, highest-quality produce. Thanks to our partnership with Mill City Grows, we even have our own farm plot, allowing us to experiment with new peppers, tomatoes, and other vegetables. Each season deepens our connection to the local agriculture system, bringing bigger flavors and a sense of good karma to every bottle.
Beyond being close to the farm, we’re in the kitchen year-round, always refining our craft. We explore different techniques, from fermentation to vinegar making, black garlic, and even using unique local ingredients like kelp. With Craic Sauce vending at over 300 events each year, we love connecting directly with our customers, sharing our process, gathering feedback, and finding new inspiration to push our sauces further.
