About the Sauce: Fit for the Irish High King Brian Boru, this turmeric enriched curry hot sauce brings rich powerful flavors from fermenting local farm sourced produce. Craic Sauce harvests seasonal lemongrass, Sungold tomatoes, fresh turmeric with the bright flavored Scotch Bonnet and Hungarian Wax peppers, which has fermented for just over six months.
