About the Sauce: This sauce is made with mainly Sungold cherry tomatoes, but we have a variety of special slicers, heirloom and plum tomatoes that blend and simmer together with fresh basil, garlic and sweet peppers to create a complex flavor that screams freshness and summer flavor.
Suggested Uses: My favorite way to use this sauce is to make some pasta and start slowly heating up the sungold sauce. As you heat up the sungold sauce, add in grilled summer veggies (zucchini or summer squash), and shred in some sweet corn. From there, you can add protein such as scallops, mussels, sausage or vegan alternatives such as eggplant or mushrooms. And to really make it a masterpiece, top it with grated parmesan cheese and a dash of 40 Shades of Green Chilli.
