This collection is built around one simple idea: take what a single farm has in surplus at the end of the season and turn it into something lasting.

Each bottle comes from one farm, one harvest, and one moment in time. We work directly with local growers across Massachusetts to ferment and transform excess produce into hot sauces and vinegars that carry the full story of that land.

What starts as a bumper crop or a shift in timing becomes something new. Through long fermentation and handcrafted vinegars, these sauces develop depth, acidity, and complexity you won’t find in typical hot sauces.

These are bold, expressive sauces. Bright, funky, and layered. Not for everyone, but for those who care about flavor, they open up a different way of thinking about heat.

This project is about more than sauce. It reduces food waste, supports local farms, and builds real relationships across the food system.
