Sungold Spice

About the Sauce: We love our Sungold Sauce, but when my Aunt suggested, what if you make a Sungold hot sauce, I knew we had to do it! The base is the same as the Sungold Sauce but we turn up the complexity with our own grown Calabrian chilis, sweet pepper and ghost pepper, and we add local sweet corn. 

Uses: Such a great pizza sauce, great on sandwiches, Italian food, eggs - we only just bottled it today, so we'll find more combos, but comment below for ideas!

Ingredients: Sungold Tomato, Onion, Apple Cider Vinegar, Peppers (Calabrian, Cornito, Ghost, Allepo), Carrots, Lemon Juice, Garlic, Sweet Corn, Vermouth, Basil, Salt.
