About the Sauce: Chef Marsay of Sandwich Boy Co came to Craic Sauce in 2024 with the idea of creating a hot sauce that reflects the Latin and Caribbean flavors of his Boston neighborhood. We built it farm-to-table with our own Scotch Bonnet and Scorpion peppers, husk cherry vinegar, and handmade mustard. It’s vibrant, tangy, pickly, fruity, fresh, and herbaceous—there’s a lot going on in the best way.
Uses: Perfect for simmering and stews, and amazing with shrimp, chicken, beef, and rice and beans.
