Kelpie – A Sea-Inspired Hot Sauce with Depth

Back from the waters off Cape Cod, Kelpie is a bold, small-batch hot sauce crafted with 100% Massachusetts-grown ingredients — including locally harvested kelp from Chatham Kelp. This year's batch features a refined pepper blend of cherry bombs and Aji Dulce, slow-aged in American oak barrels with apple cider vinegar for six months.

Infused with alliums, fennel, celery, sage, and basil from North of Boston Farm, Kelpie delivers a slightly sweet, vinaigrette-style flavor with a light, buttery, umami-rich finish. Perfect for oysters, ceviche, ramen, fried foods or as a secret weapon in salad dressings, aioli, marinades, or chowder.
