Clark Farm Harvest is a tangy, spicy fermented hot sauce made entirely from Clark Farm’s organic produce—featuring a three-month fermentation of peppers, green tomatoes, root vegetables, black garlic, and our own apple cider vinegar—born from a partnership that inspired Craic Sauce’s first single-source creation.
Hutchins Farm Harvest is a bold, fermented hot sauce made entirely from Hutchins Farm produce—featuring seven varieties of chili peppers, fresh squash, radish, and our own apple cider vinegar—for a flavor that’s floral, sweet, tangy, and deeply rooted in our long-standing partnership with this organic farm.
40 Shades of Green Chilli is a mild super flavorful and fruit forward verde hot sauce that has a blend of jalapeno, serrano, anahiem and poblano peppers. (1 bottle)
Golden Pumpkin marries the warmth of roasted pumpkin and pineapple with the heat of the habanero and ghost pepper. (1 bottle)
