Ingredients:
- ⅓ cup honey
- ⅓ cup soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons Mill City Red
- 3 cloves minced garlic
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 4 salmon fillets
- 2 teaspoons olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Directions:
- Combine Mill City Red, honey, soy sauce, garlic, and lemon juice in bowl and mix together to make marinade.
- Pat salmon fillets dry and salt and pepper both sides. Then brush both sides with half of the amount of the marinade.
- Heat a pan of oil on medium/high. Once hot, turn burner to medium and place salmon fillets skin side down.
- Cook for 6 minutes, then flip fillets. Add more oil if needed, and cook for another 6 minutes or until fillets are soft and flaked.
- Remove the salmon from the pan to a serving plate and cover with foil. Add the remaining half of the marinade to the pan, cook on medium heat and stir until it is reduced to a thickened glaze.
- Pour the glaze over the salmon fillets and serve.
