Craic Sauce Tour for our School Food Service Partners
We’d love to invite you to visit our operation on the morning of Friday, May 9th for a behind-the-scenes look and to share some of the lessons we’ve learned working with school nutrition and food service teams this year.
Tour Stops and Timing

Stop 1
Our office & warehouse
9:00 am–10:00 am
Location: 68 Princeton St, N Chelmsford, MA
We store our fermented mashes and finished inventory at Mill Space, which also serves as our hub for fulfillment, labeling, and housing our farmers market equipment. We will meet for a light breakfast and coffee and a short welcome conversation.

Stop 2
UMass Lowell & Mill City Grows Greenhouse
10:00 am - 10:45 am
Location: 69 Pawtucket St, Lowell, MA
Since 2022, Craic Sauce has partnered with UMass Sustainability and Mill City Grows, allowing us to grow over 5,000 plants in Lowell. We'll show you our current seedling phase, while sharing lessons learned from three years of urban farming. Dai Kim, Director of Sustainability at UMass Lowell and former Co-Executive Director at Mill City Grows, will also speak about their community programs and operations.

Stop 3
Our Kitchen - UTEC
10:45 am - 11:30 am
Location: 15 Warren St, Lowell, MA
Our final stop is the kitchen, where the magic happens — cooking up our hot sauce. UTEC, a community kitchen, has provided the space for us to grow and scale. We'll share how our newly implemented equipment setup allows us to cook hundreds of gallons each week and process thousands of pounds of peppers during the short harvest season. And before you go, everyone will get a bottle to take home!
11:30 am - 11:45 am: Van transportation back to 68 Princeton Street, N Chelmsford, MA
We’re working on finalizing bus transportation between stops, but you’re also welcome to drive yourself.
