Craic Sauce Tour for our School Food Service Partners
We’d love to invite you to visit our operation on the morning of Friday, May 9th for a behind-the-scenes look and to share some of the lessons we’ve learned working with school nutrition and food service teams this year.
Tour Stops and Timing

Stop 1
Craic Sauce office & warehouse
9:00 am–9:45 am
Location: 68 Princeton St, N Chelmsford, MA
We store our fermented mashes and finished inventory at Mill Space, which also serves as our hub for fulfillment, labeling, and housing our farmers market equipment. We will meet for a light breakfast and coffee and a short welcome conversation.

Stop 2
UMass Lowell & Mill City Grows Greenhouse
10:00 am - 10:30 am
Location: 69 Pawtucket St, Lowell, MA
Since 2022, Craic Sauce has partnered with UMass Sustainability and Mill City Grows, allowing us to grow over 5,000 plants in Lowell. We'll show you our current seedling phase, while sharing lessons learned from three years of urban farming. Dai Kim, Director of Sustainability at UMass Lowell and former Co-Executive Director at Mill City Grows, will also speak about their community programs and operations.

Stop 3
Craic Sauce Kitchen - UTEC
10:45 am - 11:15 am (kitchen tour)
11:15 - 11:30 or extended lunch option - UTEC catering lunch to go, or feel free to hang out with us in the UTEC space until 12:30
Location: 15 Warren St, Lowell, MA
Our final stop is the kitchen, where you'll see us mid-cook. Brian will share the evolvement from when Craic Sauce started in this kitchen in 2018 to where they are now. You will get a fresh bottle that you are able to have with lunch.
We will have sandwiches from UTEC catering and you're welcome to hang out for lunch.
11:30 am - 11:45 am: Van transportation back to 68 Princeton Street, N Chelmsford, MA
