Location: Hybrid (Lowell, MA + remote)
Hours: 10–15 hours/week

About Craic Sauce

Craic Sauce is a craft hot sauce company based in Lowell, MA. We grow and source local ingredients, partner with farms, and create small-batch, flavor-driven hot sauces. From farmers markets to food service, we’re expanding and heading into our busiest season yet.

Role Overview

We are looking for a highly organized, proactive Operations Coordinator to support our team during the fall harvest and holiday season. This role will help keep communication, scheduling, and project management on track, while providing light support across marketing and sales execution.

This is a part-time, flexible role (10–15 hrs/week), ideal for someone detail-oriented who enjoys making systems run smoothly and keeping projects moving forward.

Responsibilities

  • Communication & Coordination
    • Monitor and triage company inboxes
    • Draft and send follow-up emails to partners, customers, and vendors
    • Prepare weekly “pulse” updates summarizing key priorities and progress
  • Project & Task Management
    • Maintain Asana (or project management tool) with updated tasks and deadlines
    • Track marketing/sales campaigns, making sure deliverables move forward
    • Document simple workflows/checklists for repeated tasks (events, newsletters, deliveries, etc)
  • Marketing & Sales Support
    • Assist with drafting/scheduling social media and email newsletters
    • Coordinate logistics for farmers markets, tastings, and events
  • Skills & Qualifications
    • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive
    • Strong written communication skills
    • Comfortable with tools like Google Workspace, Asana (or willing to learn)
    • Ability to manage multiple tasks and keep projects moving with minimal supervision
    • Bonus: Experience in food & beverage, marketing, or operations support
