Craic Sauce is hitting the road this fall and winter with farmers markets, fall festivals, and winter markets across the Boston area and we need an outgoing, reliable sales rep to join our crew. If you love connecting with people, love local food, and want flexible part-time work with real earning potential, this is for you.

The Details

  • Season: Late September through late December
  • Hours: ~10 hours/week — ideally 1–2 shifts weekly, with at least one falling on a weekend day
  • Location: Markets and festivals throughout the Boston area; kit and inventory pickup at our North Chelmsford warehouse
  • Car required: You'll need reliable transportation to pick up your kit/inventory from the warehouse, get to markets, and drop off afterward

What You'll Be Doing

  • Represent Craic Sauce at farmers markets, fall festivals, and winter markets
  • Take customers through samples while being engaging, loud, and sharing your personality
  • Manage crowds and keep the booth energy high
  • Handle your kit and inventory responsibly — pickup, setup, breakdown, and drop-off

This is a market-and-festival-focused role — no kitchen or farm work involved.

What We're Looking For

  • A genuine passion for hot sauce and gourmet/local foods
  • Comfortable speaking loudly and managing crowds
  • A strong listener who enjoys real conversations with strangers
  • Reliable transportation (required)
  • Experience in service, hospitality, sales, or performance is a plus

Compensation

  • $18/hour + commission
  • Travel stipend for car use
