Craic Sauce makes culinary sauces that go from farm to kitchen to out in the world. We're growing and we need someone organized, hands-on, and entrepreneurial to help run the show behind the scenes.

About the Role

This is a permanent, part-time position starting at 25 hours/week, with the opportunity to grow into full-time as responsibilities and business objectives are achieved. You'll work closely with Brian, Owner & Founder, and touch nearly every part of the operation — from event sales logistics to wholesale fulfillment to keeping the warehouse running smoothly.

Some weekend availability is needed seasonally, and about 20% travel is required (car and valid license needed).

What You'll Do

Event Sales Operations

  • Reconcile and set up sales kits
  • Schedule and communicate with reps
  • Handle event permits and applications
  • Organize sales collateral and marketing materials
  • Work events and sell yourself when needed
  • Track event reconciliation and KPIs

Wholesale Operations

  • Process purchase orders and create invoices
  • Build delivery schedules
  • Prep orders and communicate with distributors

Production Operations

  • Order glass and production materials
  • Order marketing materials

Ecommerce

  • Develop shipping procedures
  • Fulfill shipments
  • Train crew members on shipping processes

Office & Warehouse

  • Set daily priorities for warehouse crew
  • Maintain organization and tidiness
  • Oversee labeling systems
  • Receive deliveries and prep pickups

What We're Looking For

  • Strong organizational skills and follow-through on projects
  • Proficiency in Excel and general software tools
  • Experience coordinating events
  • Some relevant work experience preferred
  • Valid driver's license and access to a car

Compensation
 Starting at $19/hour, based on experience. 25 hours/week to start.
