About Craic Sauce
Craic Sauce is a Lowell-based, seed-to-sauce hot sauce company built around local farming, small-batch production, and community connection. We grow or source our ingredients from local farms, make our sauces ourselves, and sell them directly to customers, restaurants, and retailers across Massachusetts.
Good craic is our guiding light. “Craic” is a Gaelic word for good fun, good conversation, and good company, but for us it goes deeper than that.
At Craic Sauce, good craic means being hands-on, community-oriented, and people-first. It means showing up to farms, kitchens, markets, and events with energy, curiosity, and care and working positively with our neighbors.
We exist to make the highest-quality sauces we can using locally grown produce—crafting unique flavors as a team and highlighting the excellence of our hyper-local food and community system.
The Role
We’re hiring a Sales & Operations Summer Crew Member to join our core Craic Crew. This is a hands-on, fast-paced, face-to-face role for someone who wants to be a boots-on-the-ground seller, relationship builder, and operational backbone of a growing food business.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys being in the field talking to customers, opening doors with new accounts, and making sure the operational details behind sales actually run smoothly.
You’ll help connect people to the hyper-local flavors we create on the farm and in the kitchen and make sure orders, deliveries, and systems keep up with demand.
This is not a desk job. You’ll be on your feet, outdoors, at markets, at festivals, making deliveries, visiting accounts, and working in the kitchen and on the farm. When you are on a computer, you’ll be working on high-impact sales and operations tasks with clear deliverables.
You must be based in or able to commute to Lowell and have reliable transportation.
