Craic Sauce - Sales Team (Part-time)

Job description

Location: Lowell, MA (Must be based locally and have access to a car). Smaller satellite positions are open in Worcester, Cape Cod, Rhode Island, and Southern NH.
Hours: 10–30 hours per week (Flexible, including weekends)
Compensation: $18/hr + commission

About Craic Sauce

Craic Sauce is a small-batch craft hot sauce company built on flavor, community, and creativity. We grow many of our own ingredients, craft unique sauces in-house, and connect directly with our customers through farmers’ markets, festivals, and events.

We’re looking for outgoing, food-loving, and engaging team members to join our Craic Crew—a role focused on farmers’ markets, in-store demos, and customer engagement. 

About the Role

As a member of the Craic Crew Sales team you’ll primarily work at farmers’ markets and retail events, representing Craic Sauce, sampling our sauces, and sharing our story with customers. This is a perfect role for someone who enjoys connecting with people, loves food, and thrives in a lively, interactive environment.

Occasionally, you may have the opportunity to assist in sauce production or special projects, but the primary focus is on sales, sampling, and brand representation.

What You’ll Do

Farmers’ Markets & Sales (Main Responsibility)

  • Set up and break down Craic Sauce market booths.
  • Engage with customers, offer samples, and talk about our unique flavors.
  • Drive sales and represent Craic Sauce with enthusiasm.
  • Share the story behind our sauces and farming practices.

Occasional Work in Other Areas (As Needed)

  • Help with small-batch sauce production (chopping, bottling, labeling).
  • Assist with occasional kitchen prep or special events.

Requirements

  • Must be based in or near Lowell, MA (or one of our satellite locations).
  • Must have access to a car (Markets require transportation).
  • Must be able to work weekends (most markets are on weekends).
  • Must be comfortable being on your feet for extended periods.
