Craic Sauce is bringing our hot sauce to the Massachusetts House at the Big E — and we're looking for outgoing, high-energy sales reps to work our 10-day booth. If you love food, love people, and aren't afraid to work a crowd, this one's for you.

The Details

  • Dates: September 25 – October 4 (10 days total)
  • Commitment: Must be able to work at least 5 of the 10 days
  • Shifts: 9:00 AM–3:30 PM or 3:30 PM–10:00 PM (can mix and match)
  • Location: Massachusetts House, Big E Fairgrounds, West Springfield, MA
  • Training: Mandatory online training in early September (before the fair starts)
  • Age requirement: 18+

What You'll Be Doing

  • Talking up Craic Sauce to fairgoers — engaging, loud, and knowledgeable
  • Managing crowds and keeping the craic high
  • Sharing your genuine passion for food and hot sauce

What We're Looking For

  • Experience in service or hospitality
  • Background in food (serving, cooking, retail — any of it helps)
  • Actors, improv performers, or anyone comfortable "on stage" with a crowd
  • People who genuinely enjoy talking to strangers

Physical Requirements
 Able to stand for 4+ hours at a time and work in outdoor conditions
